In 1066 the Normans severely crushed the Saxons and William the Conqueror was delegated the King of England.
Despite the fact that their nation presently had a place with William, the Saxons kept on rebeling against his standard. However, they were no counterpart for the prepared Norman knights who savagely put down the uprisings.
